In the spirit of community enterprise, WCT is keen that SME’s and start up businesses as well as third sector organisations are established and thrive in an increasingly competitive economy in East London. By ensuring that we are able to provide good quality and affordable workspace with all the appropriate facilities and services, we will be supporting businesses and third sector organisations in their efforts to grow, enhance the local economy and provide employment.

The units are therefore let out on negotiable leases on a competitive per square footage pricing structure.

At present there are 20 lettable workspace units spread over four floors. There is also a car park with 20 spaces. This provides high quality ancillary accommodation that allows us to offer:

  • Access to shared facilities not only to our tenants but also local community groups
  • Provide space for meetings, training and community activities

Our managed workspace units have access to extensive on-site services, including a staffed reception area, digital telephone system, CCTV security, lockable mailboxes, car parking, loading access & lifts to all floors as well as a maintained kitchen and toilet facilities.

An all-inclusive monthly charge comprises: rent, rates, heating, lighting, power, water, service charges, communal security system, communal cleaning services, buildings insurance and reception services.
